On Mondays, they offer a lobster bake beginning at 6 p.m. The cost is $65 and includes an appetizer; raw bar buffet; salad; steak and lobster entrée and dessert. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, a two-course prix fixe is available for $35. Selections include: grilled Shinnecock calamari served in a spicy dressing with roasted peppers, grilled red onions, orange supremes and shaved fennel; and basil-crusted swordfish with orzo paella, chorizo, peas, shrimp and mussels.

Every Wednesday until 10 p.m., select bottles of champagne will be available for half-price while guests will be showered in bubbles from a bubble machine.
