The Backyard Restaurant at Solé East in Montauk is open daily, serving breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m., lunch from noon to 3:30 p.m. and dinner from 5:30 to 10 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 5:30 to 11 p.m. Menu items include: veal “vaca frita,” veal medallions pan-seared and served with pickled onions and pan-herb sauce; and herb brine half roasted chicken. Starr Boggs in Westhampton serves dinner daily and offers three promotions throughout the week. On Mondays, they offer a lobster bake beginning at 6 p.m. The cost is $65 and includes an appetizer; raw bar buffet; salad; steak and lobster entrée and dessert. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, a two-course prix fixe is available for $35. Selections include: grilled Shinnecock calamari served in a spicy dressing with roasted peppers, grilled red onions, orange supremes and shaved fennel; and basil-crusted swordfish with orzo paella, chorizo, peas, shrimp and mussels.

Dockers Waterside in East Quogue is open daily, serving lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. to close. Menu items include: pan-seared scallops wrapped in bacon; ginger-marinated grilled shrimp; and oven-roasted veal chop in a wild mushroom Riesling reduction. little|red in Southampton serves dinner daily beginning at 5:30 p.m. and serves lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Lunch items include: grilled flatbread pizza with tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella; and pepper rubbed hanger steak with pommes frites and herbed garlic-butter. 668 The Gig Shack in Montauk kicked off its new “champagne campaign” on Wednesdays to pair with its staple menu items. Every Wednesday until 10 p.m., select bottles of champagne will be available for half-price while guests will be showered in bubbles from a bubble machine.
