A former vineyard is Calverton, which includes a residence, is now for sale with an asking price of $1,450,000.

Known as Hidden Vineyard, the 15-acre property on River Road was until recently a winery and tasting room open to the public. A 4,500-square-foot Colonial stands on the land, including a large gourmet kitchen, two Subzero refrigerators, a Viking stove, granite countertops and four large bedrooms.

In addition to the vineyard, there is room for equestrian or other agricultural uses.

Hidden Vineyard is located at 2822 River Road, Calverton. The property is listed with Douglas Elliman.

Open houses are planned Thursday, October 2, between 1 and 3 p.m. and Saturday, October 11, from noon to 2 p.m.
