Hamptons Dining Dish: The Beacon, Blue Canoe Oyster Bar, CJ’s, Indian Wells Tavern, Harbor Grill

The Beacon in Sag Harbor is currently serving dinner Wednesday through Monday beginning at 6 p.m. Executive Chef Sam McCleland will introduce new seasonal dishes throughout the season. The evergreen Beacon classics will be available including: steamed mussels “Beacon style” with garlic, white wine, lemon thyme, cream and tomatoes; crispy fish tacos with salsa verde, jack cheese and tomato emulsion; lobster rigatoni with aged cheddar, roasted corn, basil and cream; and oven-roasted chicken with braised shallots, julienned carrots and smoked bacon-Pecorino risotto. 631-725-7088, beaconsagharbor.com

Blue Canoe Oyster Bar and Grill in Greenport serves lunch and dinner daily.
