Sag Harbor resident and Real Housewives of New York star LuAnn de Lesseps is tying the knot with businessman Thomas D’Agostino Jr.

Confirming the news Monday morning, the reality star tweeted, “Yes it’s true! #happy #love (insert heart emoji).”

Though he had planned to wait until Valentine’s Day to pop the question, D’Agostino was so excited he proposed to De Lesseps in New York City over the weekend, Us Weekly reports. D’Agostino, who is President and CEO of print and promotional distribution company Smart Source, gave his bride-to-be an 8-carat yellow diamond ring, and a short time later the couple took off for a romantic getaway in Vail, Colorado.

On Tuesday, de Lesseps tweeted, “Tom and I are having the best time #skiing in this beautiful weather and lots #snow.”

The newly engaged couple only met a few months ago through mutual friend and fellow Real Housewives of New York cast-mate Dorinda Medley, though they initially dated casually. Things began heating up, according to People.com, after de Lesseps and D’Agostino ran into each other while dining at The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges in Manhattan. The now-betrothed pair were eating there separately with other people, but they ended up talking, sparks flew and the rest is history.

All reports say they are absolutely gaga in love.

This will be de Lesseps’ second marriage. Her first, 1993–2009, which earned her the famous “Countess” moniker, was to Count Alexandre de Lesseps. They had two children together—21-year-old Victoria de Lesseps and Noel de Lesseps, who is 19.

Interestingly, and sure to make for good TV if de Lesseps continues her run as a Bravo-lebrity, D’Agostino once dated de Lesseps’ RHONY costar Ramona Singer. Recently divorced Singer told E! News, “Yes, I did date him, but we just didn’t have any chemistry,” adding, “I do think he’s a nice guy.”
