Shelter Island Meeting House Lane Medical Practice
The Shelter Island Meeting House Lane Medical Practice will be open on Wednesdays and Fridays, beginning June 3, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Joshua Potter, DO, a resident at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, is joining the practice and will be providing in-person as well as telehealth appointments. Dr. Potter will be full-time following his graduation this June and practice hours will then increase to Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The office is located at 44 South Ferry Road on Shelter Island. Telehealth or in-person visits can be scheduled by calling 631-749-9140.
Climate Change
Climate change has become one of the most important issues of this generation. The Shelter Island Public Library will offer a YouTube video and Zoom conversation on the topic on Thursday, June 4 at 6 PM. For more information, visit www.shelterislandpubliclibrary.org.
