The New Suffolk Waterfront Fund played host to a Savor the Bay Summer Soiree in a celebration of the local oyster farmers. The event featured local bubbly and wine, freshly shucked Peconic Bay oysters and hors d’oeuvres from the Minnow Restaurant. Attendees had the chance to win a coveted prize – a private oyster party right in the comfort of their own home.

All proceeds raised during this evening contributed to the ongoing revitalization efforts of the New Suffolk Waterfront property, underscoring the community’s dedication to preserving and enhancing this cherished waterfront destination.
