The Suffolk in Riverhead served as the venue for a soiree honoring the victors of the 2023 Dan’s Best of the Best contest, presented by M&T Bank and Wilmington Trust.

Winners converged for a celebration with cocktails featuring the wines of Wolffer Estate Vineyard, voted Best South Fork Winery and champion in several other wine-related categories.

The New Life Crisis offered a live performance, befitting their title as the Best Local Band in the Dan’s Hall of Fame.

With nominations now open for the 2024 contest, the event not only celebrated past achievements but also ignited anticipation for future accolades.

Among the winners were Joe Vella of All Island Handyman & Construction and Paul Romanelli of Suffolk Security Systems.
