Hamptons Whodunit cofounders Lisa Larsen, East Hampton Village Mayor Jerry Larsen, Carrie Doyle and Jackie Dunphy launched their weekend of festivities with a Kickoff Cocktail Party at the Maidstone Club, where attendees enjoyed an evening of mingling with renowned mystery and thriller authors, as well as true crime experts.

Guests were offered complementary beverages and hors d’oeuvres. VIPS had the opportunity to join authors and experts for an hour of exclusive discussion and photo opportunities.

The Kickoff Cocktail Party marked the beginning of a weekend-long celebration dedicated to the art of the murder mystery, featuring book signings by fiction and true crime authors, escape rooms, graveyard tours and movie screenings.
