The raves are still pouring in about the Portón Grapes & Roses cocktail that our friends from Pisco Portón were pouring at the Dan’s Taste of Two Forks event. We shared that recipe, and in anticipation of the special pouring Pisco Portón will be serving at the Dan’s Papers Cover Artist Show and Cocktail Party on August 20, we offer another off-the-charts cocktail that is a work of art in an of itself:
1 oz Pisco Portón
¼ oz White Peach Puree
5-6 oz Moscato Sparkling
Place Pisco Portón and White Peach Puree in a champagne flute, stir to blend and top with Moscato Sparkling wine.
