The Hamptons Collective, a pop-up designer retail boutique located in Bridgehampton, opened its doors for the first time last week

The Collective features a variety of emerging fashion designers housed in an open, light-filled gallery space on Montauk Highway. Current designers participating in the Collective include Tess Giberson, Carlos Falchi, and Face Stockholm, among many others.

The boutique is the result of collaborative efforts between pop-up retail companies PopUpSummer! and Republic Spaces.

“We believe we’ve put together a great offering for people to experience something new,” Angela Wang, co-founder of Republic Spaces, said in a press release.

A combination of cocktail parties, book signings and designer viewings will also be hosted at the gallery space throughout the summer.

Shoppers who venture into the Collective will discover both casual and evening apparel woven out of rich silk, Italian-made footwear and intricately beaded jewelry, as well as handcrafted gifts, skincare and cosmetics.

Susan Sandler, co-founder of PopUpSummer!, first came up with the idea for pop-up fashion boutique while walking the streets of the Hamptons. “The Collective began to take shape in late spring, when I saw this gorgeous, 2,200 square foot retail space [in Bridgehampton] and was struck with the idea of bringing together new, exciting, luxe, edgy brands to the Hamptons who wouldn’t normally have an opportunity to be here,” Sandler explained.

Featured designers will be making their way to The Hamptons Collective throughout the summer and additional brands are expected to enter the space on August 6.

The Hamptons Collective will be open through September 14 and is located at 2411 Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday-Sunday, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. The boutique is closed on Tuesdays.
