NBA Players Caught Traveling to Hamptons for Basketball Camp
Professional basketball players Jarrett Jack, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Chris McCullough from the Brooklyn Nets are coming to the Hamptons to take part in a five-day camp for children.
Since April 2012, the Brooklyn Nets have played home games at the Barclays Center at the crossroads of Brooklyn, Atlantic and Flatbush Avenues. The Nets, a member of the Eastern Conference’s Atlantic Division, advanced to the NBA Playoffs in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Running from Monday, August 31, through Friday, September 4, the camp presented by DRIBBL will have the Nets players help children hone their playing skills while gaining valuable knowledge in sportsmanship and teamwork.
Jack will be in attendance Tuesday, September 1. Hollis-Jefferson will be there during Wednesday, September 2, and McCullough will join DRIBBL on Friday, September 4.
The Brooklyn Nets Hamptons Basketball Camp will be held in North Sea at the Southampton Town Recreation Center. Each of the five days will have several sessions open for participants.
The first, a morning session, will run from 9 a.m. to noon. The afternoon session will begin at 1 p.m. and end at 4 p.m. A full-day session is also available. All sessions will be offered to children who are entering pre-K through eighth page in the 2015-16 school year.
For more information or to register for one or several of the sessions visit dribbl.com/brooklyn-nets-hamptons-basketball-camp/.
All skill levels are welcome. Campers will be offered instruction to help them improve their abilities no matter their current skill set while interacting in a fun environment.
