Undercover Billionaire Roams New York in Google Glasses
The co-founder of Google, Sergey Brin, was caught yesterday riding a New York City subway wearing a pair of his Google glasses. Sergey is a Hamptons guy on occasion and lives full time in Manhattan.
Everybody in the tech world is excited about the idea of wearing a pair of glasses that act as a live heads up display for a computer. Many are expecting it to be the next thing. But even though the glasses were announced last April, they still cannot be purchased in stores yet. However, it appears that Eric is testing them out, as he was quietly riding along the subway in the photo that was taken yesterday by Brooklyn resident Noah Zerkin.
Pretty freaking cool.
If you had to guess, do you think that this will become the new way to communicate? Will a pair of glasses replace your computer and cell phone? I have a feeling that after this the next step is computer contact lenses. Crazy.
