Blue Man's Montauk Property For Sale

Cofounder of the Blue Man Group performance troupe, Matt Goldman, and his neighbor have listed an undeveloped three-acre oceanfront property in Montauk.

The land, located at 260-254 Old Montauk Highway, is being offered for the first time for $12.5 million through Bill Williams Realty (billwilliamsrealty.com). It includes about 185 feet of frontage and sits elevated 55 feet above the ocean and a “fine sandy beach.” The listing features an artist’s rendering of a site plan for a 10,000-square-foot home “on a building envelope conforming to all East Hampton Town specifications.”

Goldman‘s listing also notes that a 60-foot oceanside pool could be added to plans for the property, which were designed by architect Francis Fleetwood‘s firm Fleetwood & McMullan, LLC.
