Jennifer Lopez Buys Water Mill Home
After years of renting locally and seeking the perfect Hamptons home, pop diva Jennifer Lopez has found her dream home on Bay Lane in Water Mill. The luxurious estate cost $10 million and includes sauna, steam room, theater, pool and pool house, according to the New York Post.
The 8,500-square-foot home has a total eight bedrooms and seven full bathrooms, several lovely covered porches and balconies, and room to build a guest house and tennis court on its three-acre expanse. The property was listed by Corcoran‘s Susan Breitenbach.
JLo, boyfriend Casper Smart and her children stopped by the house several times before deciding to pull the trigger and buy, NY Post reports.
A 30-year mortgage on the home would be more than $40,000 per month.
