Jessica Seinfeld, the wife of East Hampton’s Jerry Seinfeld and the author of cookbooks Deceptively Delicious, Simple Secrets to Get Your Kids Eating Good Food and Double Delicious! Good, Simple Food for Busy, Complicated Lives, recently spoke on Yahoo’s Daily Shot about her latest release The Can’t Cook Book.

“A lot of people can’t cook in this work and I made this book for them because it’s like their first way in,” Seinfeld told  host Ali Wentworth.

Seinfeld said that the only thing hubby Jerry knows how to make “in the universe” is oatmeal. But the book aims to show people who think they can’t cook and who are “absolutely terrified” that they really can.
