After months of work with Scott Sandell at Stony Brook Southampton’s Almost Beachfront Print Studio, Sag Harbor playwright Joe Pintauro has completed Nunc et Semper, a fine art photography book, through the school’s TSR Editions imprint. He is exhibiting photographs from the book at John Jermain Library in Sag Harbor through October 20, and Pintauro is hosting a special launch party for the book there this Saturday, October 5 from 3–5 p.m.

The beautifully printed edition features Pintauro’s haunting photos of Venice, Italy with 20-foot-long pullouts and his lyrical words, as  “a love song to the city,” especially the Piazza San Marco and a historic tea salon there. He will be reading from Nunc et Semper at John Jermain Library on Wednesday, October 9 at 5:30 p.m.

TSR: The Southampton Review has published fine fiction, non-fiction, plays, poetry and visual art from some fantastic talents. They are dedicated to publishing limited edition fine prints and artists’ books from established and emerging artists. These publications are made available in select galleries and fine bookstores, as well as directly from TSR Editions, which offers a unique subscription opportunity that allows collectors to own a copy of each limited edition project released during the calendar year.
