Looking for something special to do this weekend with your Valentine? Whether it’s dancing or dining, shopping or snuggling, laughter or literature, a rousing night of live music at Bay Street Theatre or a rendezvous with Romeo and Juliet at Guild Hall, here’s 14 things to love about this Valentine’s weekend on the East End.

Friday, February 14

Sweet Treat

Songs from the Heart
6 p.m. – New York-based singer/songwriter Sophia Bastian is inspired by legendary singers like Billie Holiday and soul maestros like Ray Charles. 7:30 p.m. – The greatest love story of all time comes to Guild Hall with a screening of Orlando Bloom and Condola Rashad’s Romeo and Juliet from Broadway.

Romantic Stroll
7 p.m. – Join Friends of the Long Pond Greenbelt for a Valentine’s Day full “snow moon” hike. The romantic stroll in the moonlight is leisurely paced through open field trails. Warm up with hot cider and doughnuts afterward. Free. South Fork Natural History Museum, Bridgehampton.

Riverhead Indoor Farmers Market

Local, Local, Local
11 a.m – 3 p.m. – Buy fresh produce at the Riverhead Indoor Farmers Market to make your Valentine a wonderful dinner. Or go together and pick out locally made goods for your home. Free admission. 17 East Main Street, Riverhead.

Perfect Pair

Art Lovers

Raise a Glass
12 p.m. – Winterfest Live on the Vine brings live music to a host of wine-loving venues across the North Fork all day, starting with Tom Doscher at Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard and ending with a can’t-miss show by New Life Crisis at Martha Clara Vineyards.
