Starbucks Preparing to Open in Southampton Village

Starbucks is gearing up to open a new location in the Hamptons—this one on Hampton Road in Southampton Village.

Starbucks already has cafés in East Hampton, Bridgehampton and Hampton Bays. Starbucks never had a location in Southampton Village before, but there was one at 20 County Road 39—presently a Dunkin’ Donuts/pizzeria—from 2005 through 2008.

The coffeehouse chain applied last year to open a 16-seat café at 29 Hampton Road, and it appears to finally be coming to fruition. “Coming Soon” signs are now in all the windows.
