Restaurants across the Hamptons and North Fork will be celebrating Mother’s Day in a variety of ways.

Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton is serving brunch and dinner a la carte specials including: crispy soft shell crab with local pea shoot salad and truffle aioli ($18); wild king salmon with fava beans, morel mushrooms and sweet pea crème fraîche ($38); and rhubarb crisp with honey lavender gelato ($14).

Navy Beach in Montauk is offering a special three-course lunch prix fixe for $42 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Moms will receive a complimentary mimosa or Bloody Mary with their meal. Menu options include: Montauk clam and corn chowder; beet and arugula salad; seared Atlantic salmon; the Navy burger; pappardelle alle verdure; and house dessert.

Indian Wells Tavern in Amagansett is serving brunch specials from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., as well as lunch and dinner specials that will be available all day. Harbor Grill in East Hampton is offering their Bottomless Brunch for $14.95 per person, plus tax and gratuity, kids under 10 years old eat free. Giorgio’s in Baiting Hollow is serving brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for $48.95 per adult, plus tax and gratuity. Porto Bello in Greenport is now open for the 2015 season and currently serving dinner Friday through Sunday. Select appetizers include: grilled Porto Bello mushroom with fresh roasted red peppers, melted Gorgonzola crumbles, balsamic reduction and extra virgin olive oil; fresh littleneck clams oreganata or casino style; jumbo shrimp cocktail served with horseradish spiked cocktail sauce; and Gorgonzola salad with baby field greens tossed with artichoke hearts, fresh roasted peppers, red onion and grated Gorgonzola cheese tossed with house vinaigrette.
