Watchcase has been the most talked about housing project in the Village of Sag Harbor for several years. The condo project revitalized a long vacant building and gave it a new purpose as high-end homes.
Watchcase includes penthouses at the modified former Bulova Watchcase Factory and nine condominium homes at “The Residences at Watchcase Factory.” Billed as a “village-with-a-village,’ Watchcase has a community pools and other shared amenities such as a fitness room and club room.
