Brown Harris Stevens of the Hamptons and North Fork has announced that broker Robert M. Nelson has been named its new senior managing director.
Working with BHS President Peter Turino and Executive Managing Director Cia Comnas, Nelson will help oversee operations of all seven offices in the Hamptons and the North Fork and will be directly managing the Southampton, Westhampton Beach and Sag Harbor offices.

Nelson, who has closed more than 1,000 properties, honed his skills and perfected his understanding of the market and industry during his31 years as a leading real estate expert. He was among the first to recognize the expanding reach of web-based advertising.
