For music fans looking forward to summer plans, save the date for the Great South Bay Music Festival, running from July 14–17. “Early Bird” pre-sale will start on Friday April 22 at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased online and at Shakedown in Patchogue. This Great South Bay Music Festival will be celebrating its 10th anniversary this summer, and for this milestone, the festival will host an excellent lineup of musicians.

Friday’s lineup includes Joe Nichols, Jamey Johnson and JT Hodges, with Savoy Brown on the second stage. On Saturday, Umphreys McGee, Blue Traveler, Dopapod and Main Squeeze will perform. For Sunday, the festival will feature Graham Nash, Railroad Earth, Colin Hay, John Sebastian, NRBQ and Aztec Two Step.

The Great South Bay Music Festival will also have an Artisan Market, featuring a collection of interesting handmade and imported creations. On top of that, the family friendly music festival will be bringing back their “KidZone,” featuring educational and fun children’s entertainment, throughout Saturday and Sunday. The festival’s food court will offer a diverse assortment of vendors and dishes, with multiple beer and wine gardens, art installations and a “Chill Tent” where patrons can enjoy their meals.
