Dockers Waterside: Blood Orange Margarita
The Blood Orange Margarita is a delicious combination of tart and sweet, booming with an effervescence that will have your taste buds soaring.
1 ½ oz Avion Silver tequila
½ oz Solerno Blood Orange liquor
¼ oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz Sour Mix
San Pellegrino Blood Orange Soda
Fill a highball glass with ice and combine ingredients in glass. Poor entire contents into a cocktail shaker and shake well until the outside of the shaker shows condensation (about 10 seconds). Salt rim of highball glass (if desired) and poor margarita and ice into glass. Top with San Pellegrino Blood Orange Soda and garnish with an orange slice.

The American Hotel: Hotel Negroni
1 oz Hendricks Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz China Martini Liqueur
Fill a martini glass with ice. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and combine ingredients. Stir well. Empty ice from martini glass and strain cocktail into the chilled martini glass. Add a splash of soda water (if desired) and garnish with an orange twist.

Touch of Venice: Blueberry Lemonade
8–10 fresh blueberries
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 1/2 oz Stoli Blueberry Vodka
sliced lemon wheel
Muddle 8–10 blueberries and simple syrup in a highball glass. Fill glass with ice. Add Stoli Blueberry Vodka and fresh lemon juice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Top with Pellegrino Limonata. Garnish with lemon wheel and a blueberries.
