69th Annual East Hampton Artists and Writers Charity Softball Game 2017

The 69th Annual East Hampton Artists and Writers Charity Softball Game was held at Herrick Park in East Hampton on Saturday, August 19, 2017. The fun filled day was packed with activities, starting with a children’s baseball clinic, followed by batting practice, home run challenge and the much-anticipated game. This year the Writers team took home the trophy with a 9–6 win over the Artists team. Proceeds from the event benefited East End Hospice, Eleanor Whitmore Early Childhood Center, Phoenix House Academy of Long Island and The Retreat.
