Chef Erin Abrams is coming to Dan’s GrillHampton this year to represent the Rooted Hospitality Group—the founders of adored East End restaurants like Cowfish and RUMBA Inspired Island Cuisine & Rum Bar in Hampton Bays and flora in Westhampton Beach, as well as RHUM and AVO TACO further up the island.
