Junior League of Boca Raton Appoints New President

The Junior League of Boca Raton has appointed Victoria Matthews as its new president for the 2025-2026 season, as well as a new board of directors.
The new leadership team was introduced at the Junior League of Boca Raton’s Annual May Dinner Meeting, which was held at The Addison on May 13. The new term begins June 1.
Victoria Matthews was preceded by Nicole Stelzer who served as president last year. A dedicated Junior League member for 18 years, Matthews has held numerous leadership roles across the organization. She has served on four boards and brings a deep commitment to empowering women and strengthening the community.
Matthews is a graduate of Oglethorpe University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. In her new role, she is focused on growing the League, developing its members, and supporting the organization’s community issues; child welfare and non-profit support.
Matthews resides in Boca Raton and has lived in the area for 18 years with her husband Les. She is the Director of Retail at St. Andrews Country Club and has worked there for over 12 years.
“The Junior League is more than service — it’s about sisterhood, leadership, and creating lasting change,” Matthews said.
