Chamber's Corner: Breakfast at The Breakers with the 'CryptoDad'
It seems that everywhere we are hearing about how much the South Florida region is growing, particularly Palm Beach County.
Most certainly, we see this every month as our Breakfast at The Breakers continues to see record attendance of 500 members and guests plus a waiting list. Each program is designed to engage, enlighten and inspire and more often than not, attendees leave with more information and connections they can use to grow their business or charity. The February Breakfast was no doubt one of the most informative in the past few years. Christopher Giancarlo just published a new book, CryptoDad: The Fight for the Future of Money, and it is flying off the shelves of booksellers and online retailers. While there has been an opinion that cryptocurrency is not yet something that is really taking hold, Giancarlo told the audience that not only is it here now, but it is here to stay.
As Palm Beach and the regional economy continues to grow, we are seeing so many companies relocate here with everything from IT and financial services to personnel agencies and digital currency companies. This is now creating an opportunity unparalleled for the region and one that most certainly looks to grow for some time to come.
