Hamptons Officials Open Cooling Centers

Hot today? Yea, we are too. But fear not, Southampton Town has opened cooling centers for those that do not have air conditioning and need to get away from the heat.
Three cooling centers are now open in Southampton. They are located at:
*The Hampton Bays Senior Center, at 25 Ponquogue Avenue.
*The Flanders Community Center, at 655 Flanders Road
*Bridgehampton Community/Senior Center, located at 585 Bridgehampton/Sag Harbor Turnpike, will both be open until 3:30 p.m.
In East Hampton Town, the Senior and Nutrition Center located at 128 Springs Fireplace Road will be open until 4:30 p.m. today.
Any body who is too hot should stop in and cool off. For public transportation to the Hampton Bays Center call 631-728-1235.
