By Eric Feil
3 minute 07/09/2012 Share

Creative, passionate and delicious. The three words that Lia Fallon, executive chef and owner of Amerelle in Wading River, uses to describe her relationship with food work well to define the dishes she creates as well as forces that drive the chef herself. Fallon began her culinary career working with such celebrity chefs as Emeril Lagasse and Bobby Flay at the Food Network, and now she is a star chef herself, ready to shine with other top chefs from the East End of Long Island at the second annual Dan’s Taste of Two Forks food-and-wine event in Bridgehampton on July 14.
