Billy Joel Donates Baby Grand Piano

Hamptons regular Billy Joel is contributing to a good cause. The Piano Man donated a $60,000 Steinway & Sons baby grand piano (pictured below) to an auction on charitybuzz.com and, after the auction concludes, he will sign the instrument with a personalized note to the winner.

All proceeds will benefit the Amy Winehouse Foundation and Ten O’Clock Classics, a non-profit organization that offers music lessons and instruments to children. Bidding had reached $30,000 as of 11 a.m. Wednesday. The auction ends Tuesday, April 2.
