Madoff Film Premieres at Tribeca Film Fest

A new film about former Montauk resident and Ponzi-schemer Bernie Madoff premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival on Friday. In God We Trust, directed by Derek Anderson and Victor Kubicek, is told from the point of view of Eleanor Squillari, Madoff’s longtime personal secretary of 25 years, who, after working for Madoff for decades, never knew what he was really up to.
