Mirko's Restaurant to Close at End of Month

Well it is finally happening.

Mirko and Eileen Zagar, who have run their highly rated Mirko’s Restaurant in Water Mill for the last 30 years, are retiring.

They will be open until the end of October, which means if you want to stock up on their legendary “stuffed cabbage,” you should get your orders in now. Eileen told us one customer had ordered 40 portions.  There are not enough freezers in the Hamptons for what they do.
