Financier Patisserie's Hamptons Pop-up Opens This Weekend in Water Mill

Financier Patisserie, the popular New York City coffee and pastry chain, is opening a summer location in Water Mill starting this weekend.

Financier Patisserie Pop-Up will be open from Saturday, May 31, through Labor Day, Thursdays through Sundays, from 7 a.m.–6 p.m.

On Friday, May 30, Financier Patisserie will host an open house to kick off the pop-up opening. Stop by the store at 760 Montauk Highway from 4–7 p.m. for complimentary coffee and treats.

The patisserie will serve a variety of treats, including pastries, croissants, cookies and freshly roasted coffee drinks. Cakes are available by special order for the following weekend. Orders must be placed by 4pm on Wednesday for pickup that weekend in Water Mill. They can also be ordered at one of the ten Manhattan locations, or by calling the Brooklyn catering department at 718-290-1011.

Financier Patisserie opened in 2002 in Lower Manhattan in the financial district. Named for its location and signature French almond cake in the shape of a gold bar, Financier Patisserie quickly became a favorite of Wall Street workers. Today, the shop has grown to ten locations throughout Manhattan, and now their new temporary Hamptons shop.
