Muse in the Harbor in Sag Harbor serves dinner on Thursday and Friday from 5 to 10 p.m., on Saturday from 5:30 to 11 p.m. and on Sunday from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The dinner menu features items such as: mussels a la Muse, PEI mussels in a prosecco-butter sauce with grilled artichoke hearts, cured tomatoes and giganta beans; South of the Border mahi mahi, lightly blackened mahi medallions served over charred-Mexican corn and hominy hash with roasted green chile salsa cream; wasabi au poivre Long Island duck served with grilled sweet potato hash, caramelized Vidalia onions and cranberry duck confit. noah’s of Greenport is the newest addition to the Twilight Series at Corey Creek Vineyard in Southold.
