Here’s what’s hot in Hamptons dining this week.

Muse in the Harbor in Sag Harbor serves dinner on Thursday and Friday from 5 to 10 p.m., on Saturday from 5:30 to 11 p.m. and on Sunday from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Brunch is  served Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The dinner menu features items such as: mussels a la Muse, PEI mussels in a prosecco-butter sauce with grilled artichoke hearts, cured tomatoes and giganta beans; South of the Border mahi mahi, lightly blackened mahi medallions served over charred-Mexican corn and hominy hash with roasted green chile salsa cream; wasabi au poivre Long Island duck served with grilled sweet potato hash, caramelized Vidalia onions and cranberry duck confit. noah’s of Greenport is the newest addition to the Twilight Series at Corey Creek Vineyard in Southold. Every Monday night from 5 to 9 p.m. through Labor Day, the vineyard will offer live music and fine food. noah’s will serve up the following: seasonal local vegetable arancini with pesto aioli; 4 oz. crab cake with celery-apple rémoulade; noah’s lobster roll with NoFo potato chips and homemade pickles; Crescent Farms duck barbeque with smoked cheddar polenta; and pomegranate-glazed baby back ribs with curried three-cabbage slaw. 631-477-6720, chefnoahs.com

Bobby Van’s Steakhouse in Bridgehampton is serving lunch and dinner Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Lunch includes items such as: sweet chili tossed calamari; salad nicoise; lobster BLT; and broiled salmon.
