The Nancy Atlas Fireside Sessions, sponsored by Dan’s Papers, are returning to Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor this winter with another outstanding lineup of guest musicians.
In 2014, the Nancy Atlas Project helped beat the winter blues with weekly shows that featured guests such as Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, guitarist Andy Aledort, saxophone player Arno Hecht, pianist and singer Brian Mitchell, and violinist Randi Fishenfeld, just to name a few.
Several of the same artists are returning in 2015, and new names are coming too.
The 2015 edition of the Fireside Sessions series will take place in January and March. The January lineup has been announced and includes six shows.
Chad Smith will kick off the series again, performing with the Nancy Atlas Project on January 2. Clark Gayton, a horn player of old school reggae and funk who has toured and recorded with Bruce Springsteen, performs January 9. Brian Mitchell brings back New Orleans-style sounds January 16. Randi Fishenfeld will join Atlas on both January 23 and January 24. Bluesman Bill Sims Jr. plays January 30.
Tickets are $20 each and are available at the Bay Street Theater box office at the corner of Bay and Main streets or online at baystreet.org.
