Southampton to Montauk

75 MAIN, 75 Main Street, Southampton, will serve a $30 prix fixe three-course dinner on Thanksgiving from noon to 9 p.m. Appetizer choices are butter lobster bisque, Caesar salad, local little neck clams and chop salad. Entrees are roasted turkey, sliced pock tenderloin, grilled beef sirloin and mustard salmon. All entrees are served with butter green beans, chunky cranberry relish, peas and pearl onions. SEASONS OF SOUTHAMPTON, 15 Prospect St, Southampton, will offer a buffet with traditional Thanksgiving favorites plus seafood, pasta, carving station, soups, salads, and various sides and desserts. SCHMIDT’S MARKET, 120 North Sea Road, Southampton, offers full Thanksgiving dinners for pickup. A $349.99 package, plus tax, serves 12–14 and includes a choice of potato leek or butternut squash apple soup; roasted whole turkey or 10 pounds of boneless turkey breast; traditional sage sausage stuffing or meatless cornbread stuffing; baby roasted tricolor potatoes, mashed potatoes or roasted yams; and steamed vegetable medley, honey glazed baby carrots or brown sugar glazed acorn squash. FRESH HAMPTONS, 203 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Tpke, Bridgehampton, is serving Thanksgiving dinner with seatings from noon to 6 p.m. In addition to the regular menu, a number of specials will be available à la carte. All tables will receive complimentary  oven-roasted chestnuts for the amuse bouche. Salad specials are  local organic mesclun greens, and toasted pumpkin seed vinaigrette. The turkey entree is oven-roasted and organic with giblet gravy, caramelized chestnut stuffing and turkey leg confit, citrus cranberry sauce, winter squash succotash, organic greens sautéed with garlic and oven-roasted local organic root vegetables. The fish is a wood-roasted local striped bass with Manhattan Bourbon cream, local organic spaghetti squash sautéed with herbs, Brussels sprouts and sweet potato puree. The vegetarian plate includes many of the mentioned sides, plus roast garlic whipped potatoes, honey glazed carrots, turnips, beets and squash succotash. TOPPING ROSE HOUSE, 1 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Tpke, Bridgehampton, will serve Thanksgiving dinner from 1 to 6 p.m. The three-course prix fixe menu is $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity; $55 for children 10 and under. THE LIVING ROOM AT C/O THE MAIDSTONE, 207 Main St, East Hampton, will serve an $89 (plus tax and gratuity) prix fixe Thanksgiving dinner from 1 to 7:30 p.m. Executive chef Mathias Brogie will prepare roasted pumpkin soup and roasted beet salad for first course options; oysters, quiche, lasagna and Swedish country pate with a second course; and heritage turkey, pan-fried fluke, wallenberger and potato risotto for entree options. THE ART OF EATING, 74 Montauk Hwy, Amagansett, will offer Thanksgiving-to-go by executive chef Cheryl Stair. More than 40 menus items are available to compose a five-course meal. The turkey is free-range, raised at Mecox Ludlow Farms and never frozen.  Orders will be taken through Friday, November 21, for pick up by 10:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving. HARVEST ON FORT POND, 11 S. Emery Street, Montauk, will serve a family-style Thanksgiving dinner from 2 to 8 p.m. Entrees range between $38 and $75 and are intended for two to three people. THE SEAWATER GRILL AT GURNEY’S MONTAUK, 290 Old Montauk Hwy, Montauk, will serve Thanksgiving dinner in the oceanfront dining room from 1 to 9 p.m. Chose from a three-course holiday menu with entree options including grain-fed turkey, bone-in pork chop, prime rib, almond-crusted cold, lobster, swordfish and stuffed acorn squash, or enjoy a family-style turkey dinner ($35 each with six-person minimum) with a golden roasted whole turkey carved tableside, with stuffing and all the trimmings. MODERN SNACK BAR, 628 Main Road, Aquebogue, offers Thanksgiving pies. Types include pumpkin, apple, apple crumb, coconut custard, blueberry, pecan, strawberry rhubarb, banana cream, chocolate cream, cherry crumb, lemon meringue. JAMESPORT MANOR INN, 370 Manor Ln, Jamesport, offers a three-course prix fixe menu beginning at noon for $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Half off for children under 12. Select menu items include roasted organic turkey roulade with apple sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, cranberry orange relish and maple turkey au jus; gnocchi and butternut squash with sage Parmesan broth, haricot verts and melted leeks; and roasted beef shank risotto with Swiss chard, Crimini mushrooms and Asiago cheese. 631-722-0500

AMANO OSTERIA & WINE BAR, 13550 Main Road, Mattituck, will prepare a Tuscan Thanksgiving for $34.95 per person. Dinner starts with a selection of salumi and cheese. First-course options are meatballs with ricotta, tomato and pecorino; roasted duck sausage with braised red cabbage and applewood-smoked bacon; butternut squash ravioli with hazelnuts, sage and brown butter; and baby arugula salad with local apples, raisins, red onion, feta and raspberry vinaigrette.
