From New York, Amagansett’s Alec Baldwin used Skype Thursday to video chat with Hallmark Channel Home & Family hosts and fellow former members of the Knots Landing cast.

The soap opera aired from 1979 to 1993 and Baldwin appeared for 40 episodes from 1984 to 1985 as preacher Joshua Rush before the character met his untimely demise.

While Baldwin is being interviewed, in the background his 15-month-old daughter Carmen can be heard calling her “Dada.” Both Carmen and Baldwin’s wife, Hilaria, make an appearance.
