CMEE Holds Trivia Night Fundraiser Friday at Townline BBQ
Trivia about the Children’s Museum of the East End in Bridgehampton, also known as CMEE:
1. When did CMEE open its doors in Bridgehampton?
2. How many people visit CMEE each year?
3. How many holes are in CMEE’s new mini golf course?
Answers below.
The Children’s Museum of the East End is inviting adults out to Townline BBQ this Friday night for a pub quiz to benefit the nonprofit museum.
The Sagaponack bar and barbecue restaurant is host to a Thursday series of quiz nights hosted by Paul A. Johnson, who will also serve as quizmaster this Friday.
“It’s going to be a fun night for a great cause,” Johnson says.
Because Friday’s event is a benefit, rather than cash the top three teams will be awarded trophies and prizes donated by local businesses that support the museum and its mission “to enrich the lives of children and families and strengthen the East End community by promoting learning through play.”
Admission is just $10 per player, and there are five players to a team. There will also be a 50-50 raffle for $5 a ticket or $20 for five tickets.
Townline BBQ is located at the corner of Montauk Highway and Townline Road.
