Alec Baldwin Interviews George Stephanopoulos on 'Here's the Thing'
Hamptons fan George Stephanopoulos is the subject of the latest episode of Alec Baldwin‘s public radio interview program Here’s the Thing.
Amagansett resident Baldwin asks Stephanopoulos about his upbringing, his schooling and his career. Stephanopoulos worked his way up to senior advisor to President Bill Clinton before his left the White House in 1997. Now he’s the chief anchor for ABC News, a co-anchor of Good Morning America and the host of ABC’s This Week.
Stephanopoulos talks about his 2000 book about working in the White House, All Too Human, which he began writing before the Monica Lewinsky scandal came to light, but finished after news broke.
Other topics include Brian Williams and a potential Bush-Clinton matchup in the 2016 presidential race.
