1 OAK Southampton Reopens Memorial Day Weekend

The Butter Group, a New York hospitality company helmed by Richie Akiva, will open the doors of 1 OAK Southampton for their second summer on Saturday, May 23.

Starting Memorial Day weekend, 1 OAK will introduce the Hamptons summer crowd to another season of A-list celebrities, unique performances and events, much as it did last year with musical performances from A$AP Ferg, Busta Rhymes, 2 Chainz, Nelly, Lil Kim, Ma$e, and Lil John. And who could forget Kourtney Kardashian beau Scott Disick’s messy 31st birthday bash, which landed him in rehab—as seen on Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons. (This year, Disick will celebrate his birthday at 1 OAK in Las Vegas.)

The nightspot promises their Southampton guests a second summer full of surprise performances, world-renowned DJs and special celebrity guest appearances.

“We are thrilled to return the 1 OAK experience to the Hamptons this summer,” Akiva says. “We identified a need last summer for our regular guests who frequent the Hamptons and ensured we could bring the style and energy of New York City that 1 OAK has become notorious for.”

As the nightclub continues their holiday weekend reopening, club goers will enjoy music from DJ Jus Ske and rapper Fetty Wap, performing his platinum single and summer hit “Trap Queen” on Sunday, May 24.

1 OAK Southampton will also feature an improved outdoor lounge decked out with banquets, tables and their signature chevron floors, along with design elements similar to the venue’s stylish interior—a look instituted by its New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas predecessors. The club will also debut an improved light and sound system outside.

1 OAK Southampton, located at 125 Tuckahoe Lane, is open Saturdays from 11 p.m.–4 a.m.
