U.S. Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell Visits Shinnecock Reservation

To mark five years since the Shinnecock Indian Nation received federal recognition as a Native American tribe, U.S. Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell visited the Shinnecock Reservation in Southampton on October 1, 2015. The visit also promoted the GRID Alternatives Solar Energy Program, which the reservation is participating in.
