South Fork foodie Bobby Flay is selling the Chelsea Mercantile apartment he shared with ex-wife Stephanie March. It is listed with Corcoran for $7.95 million. See the Corcoran listing here.
East Ender Jon Bon Jovi closed on a $12.87 million condo on Charles Street in New York’s West Village through Douglas Elliman last month. The four-bedroom, 4.5-bath apartment is in a sold-out 91-unit building near Washington Street, according to Page Six, which includes a full staff, 40,000 square feet of private green space, a private covered driveway, a 75-foot lap pool, a lounge and a children’s playroom. Bon Jovi sold his 7,452-square-foot penthouse at 158 Mercer Street in the spring for $34 million.
Former model Nancy Grigor and her husband, high-profile criminal lawyer Michael Griffith, have put their East Hampton colonial on the market. The five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home, which has been featured in photo shoots by Vogue magazine and The Lexington Company, is on more than an acre with a heated gunite pool and a two-car garage. It also includes a separate cottage with a cathedral ceiling and skylights—all for $2.285 million. With her modeling days behind her, Grigor now scouts properties on the East End for films and photo shoots through her company Hamptons Locations.
Art collector Adam Lindemann closed on Eothen, the former oceanfront estate of Pop artist Andy Warhol, in Montauk for $50 million on December 14. The deal, through Douglas Elliman, marks the most expensive home sale ever in Montauk.

The 6,061-square-foot home, in the Amagansett Lanes, is walking distance to both town and the beach, has 5 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a gunite pool and a pool house. The asking price is $5.85 million.
