Dan’s Taste of Summer 2016 comes to a close with Harvest East End, the can’t-miss food and wine classic, hosted by Geoffrey Zakarian tonight Saturday, August 20, at McCall Vineyard and Ranch in Cutchogue. We can’t wait! You know what some of the winemakers and chefs are looking forward to the most at this year’s Harvest East End. Here are a few of the things we’re looking forward to, and that we think you should look forward to, as well.
The food. Let’s face it, this is a tasting event! We can’t wait to try the various items out from the menu. From SCGP’s savory doughnuts with preserved veggies to The North Fork Table & Inn’s Green Chickpea Hummus, we simply can’t wait to try the huge array of dishes, many of which utilize local ingredients.
The wine. If you’re coming to Harvest East End, you no doubt love wine. White, red, rosé and more will be flowing from the wonderful Long Island wineries, and we are planning on tasting the night away.
The fun! Dan’s Harvest East End is a celebration of the food and wine communities of the North Fork and East End of Long Island, and this celebration is going to be a blast. With host Geoffrey Zakarian leading the festivities, Harvest East End will be one memorable evening!
Have a great time tonight, folks. Eat, drink and be merry, and don’t forget to share your Instagram pictures and tweets using #HarvestEastEnd!
