Leonardo DiCaprio & Nina Agdal in Wainscott Car Accident
Maybe Leonardo DiCaprio will be the next big superhero.
The Hamptons regular didn’t sit quietly and wait for help to arrive after getting into a car accident on Montauk Highway in Wainscott over the weekend. After a Mini Cooper rear-ended DiCaprio’s Range Rover, DiCaprio made sure girlfriend Nina Agdal was okay before getting out of the car and checking on the woman who hit them.
DiCaprio reportedly tried opening the Mini Cooper’s door, which was locked. The driver unlocked the door and he helped her out of the car. While shaken, nobody was harmed during the incident.
Unfortunately, the Mini Cooper had to be towed. DiCaprio’s much-larger vehicle suffered very little damage.
DiCaprio, 41, most recently appeared in the critically acclaimed film The Revenant, for which he won the Academy Award for Best Actor. His next project will be producing the 2017 crime drama Live by Night, based on the novel by Dennis Lehane. DiCaprio founded Appian Way Productions in 2004, which has gone on to produce films like The Aviator, Shutter Island, The Wolf of Wall Street, The Revenant and more.
