The Church‘s Eric Fischl and April Gornik hosted a celebration in Sag Harbor honoring the Montaukett and Shinnecock Nations, showcasing the work of Native artists from across the country.
The event opened with a procession featuring a drum performance.
A panel discussion brought together Indigenous artists and scholars, who shared insights into their work, traditions, and the significance of preserving Native heritage.
