Lauren writes about food and baking weekly for two Long Island publications, Newsday and The Sag Harbor Express.
PechaKucha Night Hamptons is an evening of presentations with the theme of “Living Creatively on the East End.” For each edition of PechaKucha Nigh Hamptons, 10 members of the community are invited to present 20 slides at 20 seconds each, yielding 6 minutes and 40 seconds per presenter. This “20×20 format” has become a global phenomenon since its Japanese debut in 2003.
