Dan’s Taste of Two Forks Countdown: Navy Beach and Chef Bryan Zembreski

It’s summertime in the Hamptons, which means indulging in the best of everything life has to offer—and not feeling guilty about it! For Chef Bryan Zembreski of Navy Beach in Montauk, the list of guilty pleasures these days includes “ice cream and Cadbury chocolate,” he admits. In keeping with the theme, Zembreski indulges us with some more thoughts on favorite foods, local fare and more as we all get set to partake in the the best food and wine the East End of Long Island has to offer at the second annual Dan’s Taste of Two Forks event on July 14.
