George Hirsch at World's Largest Bake Sale

Sag Harbor resident, chef, cookbook author and lifestyle TV host George Hirsch will participate in The World’s Largest Bake Sale hosted by Sandra Lee in historic Vanderbilt Hall at Grand Central Terminal on Wednesday, May 1 from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

The fundraising event benefits Food Bank for New York City and Save Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry. Hirsch will be among an all-star lineup of chefs at the event including Martha Stewart, Mario Batali, Emeril Lagasse, Dan’s Taste of Two Forks host Bobby Flay, Guy Fieri, Dylan Lauren, Buddy Valastro, Wendy Williams and Ty Pennington.

Hirsch will be donating hundreds of his signature vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with buttercream vanilla icing—each one personalized on site.
