Celebrate NYE with Champagne and Chandeliers at Hotel Indigo East End
Riverhead’s Hotel Indigo East End will once again deck out its ballroom for New Year’s Eve with its annual Champagne and Chandeliers party.
The event includes premium open bar, a tapas-style dinner, a champagne toast and entertainment by a New York DJ.
“We’re bringing in a DJ from NYC to give you the full city experience, without constantly bumping into strangers on the dance floor, or having people spill their drinks on your feet,” the hotel says.
“New Year’s Eve on the East End at Hotel Indigo is special because we bring the best of New Years Eve right to East Ender’s doorsteps, and we are a stylish, reasonably priced all-inclusive alternative for residents of Long Island, Queens Brooklyn and Manhattan to bars, clubs and standalone catering halls,” says Rob Salvatico, Senior Vice President – Operations Hotel Indigo East End. “At midnight, we toast the New Year with Long Island’s own Sparkling Pointe Brut, sparkling wine. It is a little detail that means a lot. To East Enders, it is a part of who we are, and to our guests from the West, it is one of the primary reasons they come to see us. At Hotel Indigo and Bistro 72, we take great pride in local sourcing, and this is a great way to celebrate it.”
For the first course, enjoy rustic pizza, stromboli, a carving station with pork tenderloin, cheese, fruits berries and nuts, orechiette fried calamari and more. For the main course, enjoy grilled gruyere cheese sandwiches with cream of tomato shooters, shrimp cocktail, red beet crouton goat cheese mousse, scallop lollipop, beef tenderloin crostini with horseradish aioli, tempura shrimp wasabi, pigs in a blanket, duck confit on a fried wonton, and breaded chicken balls with honey mustard.
Desserts include raspberry brie en croute, mousse chocolate cordial cup shooters, chocolate covered strawberries, Pop Rocks and grapefruit Asian spoons, chocolate drizzled bacon, mini cranberry French toast with fig puree and strawberries, truffles and pastries, and strawberry milk with powdered donuts.
The cost is $150 per guest (plus tax) for the party, or $495 per couple (plus tax) for an overnight package, with includes the party, a room, and breakfast from Bistro 72, either in the restaurant or delivered to rooms.
