The new Barn & Vine development in Bridgehampton was featured on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York on Wednesday night.

Million Dollar Listing New York is a reality television show that airs on Bravo. The series follows real estate agents as they represent property sellers in the New York region. In this week’s episode, Frederick Eklund, one of the agents featured on the show, paid a visit to Barn & Vine.

Eklund is also one of the agents who share the 50-acre Barn & Vine development, along with local agents Terry Thompson and Aaron Curti. The development includes 37 homes, all of which are on half-acre-plus lots and range from 6,000 to 7,200 square feet of living space. Each house comes with a designer landscape plus a kitchen package that includes top-of-the-line appliances. Each property also includes a 20’-by-40’ gunite pool, a two-car garage, and concierge services.
